Legislation is a legal code or a set of legal codes, that have been passed by or are in the process of being passed by, the Hokorian Assembly.

How legislation is passed

According to the Act of the Hokorian Assembly (2024), the Hokorian Assembly passes proposed laws. Upon a proposed law being passed, it becomes law. The Hokorian Assembly may delay a proposed law’s enactment, for example where enacting a proposed law immediately may cause significant disruption.

The Monarch may enact a Royal Order and any Governor may enact a Territorial Order, though the Hokorian Assembly may motion for them to be repealed.
