Section 0
This act of law of Hokoria is enforceable by the Central Government of Hokoria, as per the Declaration of Independence.
Section 1
All individuals should be protected from injury inflicted by another person, whether intentional or unintentional.
Section 2
Injury inflicted by another individual that causes physical harm or mental harm may result in the detention and prosecution of the individual that inflicted the injury. This is defined as ‘inflicting injury’.
Section 3
Attacking an individual without causing physical harm or mental harm may result in the detention and prosecution of the individual that attacked, whether intentional or unintentional. This is defined as ‘attempt of inflicting injury’.
Section 4
Injury caused by another individual that causes the death of an individual, when intentional, may result in the detention and prosecution of the individual. This is defined as ‘causing death by injury’.
Section 5
Injury caused by another individual that causes the death of an individual, when unintentional, may result in the detention and prosecution of the individual. This is defined as ‘causing death unintentionally’.
Section 6
Action or inaction from an individual that results in the death of an individual, whether intentional or unintentional, may result in the detention and prosecution of the individual. This is defined as ‘inaction to cause death’.
Section 7
The planning of causing physical harm to an individual, whether intentional or unintentional, may result in the detention and prosecution of the individual. This is defined as ‘conspiracy to cause harm’.
Section 8
The planning of causing the death of an individual, whether intentional or unintentional, may result in the detention and prosecution of the individual.
