Section 0
This act of law of Hokoria is enforceable by the Central Government of Hokoria, as per the Declaration of Independence.
Section 1
The State of Hokoria may form relations with foreign entities considered ‘states’ through the usage of agreements, including an Agreement of Foreign Relations.
Section 2
Every Agreement of Foreign Relations should be approved by the Head of State of Hokoria. Once an Agreement of Foreign Relations is approved by the Head of State of Hokoira, it becomes legally binding at the time of its enactment.
Section 3
The Central Government of Hokoria may revoke an Agreement of Foreign Relations at any point should it benefit the State of Hokoria.
Section 4
The civil law of Hokoria always has priority over any foreign order or law. Where civil law contradicts any foreign order or law, the foreign order or law should be ignored.
