| This order of Hokoria is enforceable by the Central Government of Hokoria, as per the Declaration of Independence. |
| Section 1 |

| Individuals directly related to, or that claim to be directly related to, the group known officially as the ‘Republic of Som’ at the time of this order being enacted are hereby blacklisted from accessing any services of the State of Hokoria’s central government and regional administrative services. |

| The State of Hokoria may use any means necessary to ensure that this order is enforced, using intelligence and enforcement operations that utilise Hokorian citizens and foreign states. |

| Any act of support towards the group known officially as the ‘Republic of Som’ at the time of this order being enacted is not allowed. Spreading materials, figures and icons of the group known officially as the ‘Republic of Som’ at the time of this order being enacted is also not allowed. |
