Section 0
This act of law of Hokoria is enforceable by the Central Government of Hokoria, as per the Declaration of Independence.
Section 1
Every individual has the right to submit an application for citizen status to the Central Government of Hokoria. By submitting an application of citizen status to the Central Government of Hokoria, the individual agrees to this Act of Citizenship.
Section 2
All applications should be reviewed by an official from the Central Government of Hokoria. Officials from the Central Government of Hokoria may approve or deny applications for any reason.
Section 3
Only individuals who are aged 13 or over may apply for citizen status. Individuals may only submit one application for citizen status. Information provided in applications for citizen status must be the best to the individual’s knowledge.
Section 4
Information provided in applications for citizen status may be recorded in a spreadsheet secured by the Central Government of Hokoria.
Section 5
Individuals may submit a data request to the Central Government of Hokoria. The Central Government of Hokoria must comply with data requests and provide the applicant with all of their data.
Section 6
Individuals may submit a data deletion request to the Central Government of Hokoria. The Central Government of Hokoria must comply with data deletion requests and delete all of the individual’s data.
Section 7
Upon an individual’s application for citizen status being approved, the individual must be provided with a certificate of citizen status that may be used for proving citizen status.
Section 8
Upon an individual’s application for citizen status being denied, the individual must be notified at the soonest possible opportunity.
Section 9
The Head of State of Hokoria may grant individuals citizen status on an honorary basis. Honorary citizen status does not require an application and is granted at the discretion of the Head of State of Hokoria.
Section 10
If a judge rules that an individual’s citizen status should be revoked or granted, the Central Government of Hokoria must comply.
