Section 0
This act of law of Hokoria is enforceable by the Central Government of Hokoria, as per the Declaration of Independence.
Section 1
All individuals should be protected from the theft and damage of their property.
Section 2
The taking of another individual’s property where permission has not already been granted may result in the detention and prosecution of the individual who committed the act whether intentional or unintentional. This is defined as ‘theft’.
Section 3
The act of causing damage to another individual’s property where permission has not been granted may result in the detention and prosecution of the individual who committed the act whether intentional or unintentional. This is defined as ‘causing damage to property’.
Section 4
The planning of taking of another individual’s property where permission has not already been granted may result in the detention and prosecution of the individual who committed the act whether intentional or unintentional. This is defined as ‘conspiracy to commit theft’.
Section 5
The planning of causing damage to another individual’s property where permission has not been granted may result in the detention and prosecution of the individual who committed the act whether intentional or unintentional. This is defined as ‘conspiracy to cause damage to property’.
