| The Central Government of Hokoria officially declares the territory of ‘Yeadon Tarn’ located in Leeds is seceded from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, effective 31/March/2023 12:00 (GMT). |

| The authority of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland including His Majesty’s Government, the West Yorkshire Combined Authority and Leeds City Council is not recognised within the territory seceded. |

| For all official purposes, the territory of ‘Yeadon Tarn’ located in Leeds should be recognised as the independent territory of the Central Government of Hokoria. |

| All law and legislation authorised by the individual with the official title ‘Head of State of Hokoria’ may be enforced by the Central Government of Hokoria. |

| The Central Government of Hokoria reserves the right to use any force necessary in the defence of seceded territory and the removal of unauthorised persons. |
