Act of Law

Section 0
This act of law of Hokoria is enforceable by the Central
Government of Hokoria, as per the Declaration of Independence.
Section 1
Embassies may be formed within the State of Hokoria through the creation of a public communications and updates channel within the State of Hokoria’s Discord community.
Section 2
Embassies of other states can be requested by individuals who are either a Head of State, representative or other official who was the authorisation from a Head of State of the state they are requesting an embassy on behalf of. Alternatively, organisational embassies can be requested by foreign organisations by individuals who are an official within the organisation.
Section 3
The Office of the Head of State should review each request for a foreign or organisational embassy within the State of Hokoria.
Section 4
The Office of the Head of State may deny a request for a foreign or organisational embassy for any reason. Reasons do not have to be provided to the requestee.
Section 5
The Office of the Head of State may remove a foreign or organisational embassy for any reason. Reasons should be publicly recorded.
Section 6
A Head of State, representative or other official who was the authorisation from a Head of State may request for an embassy to be closed. The Office of the Head of State must comply with such requests.
Section 7
Should a state face desolation, the Department of Exterior Affairs should remove the state’s foreign embassy. Should an organisation face desolation, the Department of Exterior Affairs should remove the organisation’s embassy.
Section 8
The embassies of foreign states are subjected to that state’s law, unless an Act of Law or an Order of the Head of State contradicts the laws in question.
Section 9
The Department of Exterior Affairs, or an official who has the authorisation of the Head of State, may make a request for an embassy of the State of Hokoria to be formed in a foreign state for communication and updates purposes.
Section 10
Embassies of the State of Hokoria should be maintained and be frequently updated with information regarding the State of Hokoria.
Section 11
A list of all states in which an embassy of the State of Hokoria is present should be released and updated publicly.
Section 12
The Central Government of Hokoria reserves the right to blacklist individuals from embassies of the State of Hokoria, unless the state in which the embassy in question lies has an act of law that states otherwise.
Section 13
The State of Hokoria may close an embassy should it be in the best interests of the State of Hokoria.
Section 14
In case of an embassy of the State of Hokoria being terminated, the Office of the Head of State should request a reason if one has not been provided.
Section 15
The Central Government of Hokoria should be prepared to help and assist citizens of the State of Hokoria through embassies of the State of Hokoria.
Section 16
The Central Government of Hokoria should maintain necessary surveillance of states in which an embassy of the State of Hokoria lies, in order to ensure the well-treatment of citizens and officials of the State of Hokoria.
