Interior publishes proscribed organisations list

The Department of the Interior has published a list of proscribed organisations, as required as part of the amendment to the Act of National Security (2023) on the 31st March 2024.

Out of concerns for safety, the Department of the Interior has made a list of organisations that are outright banned within the State of Hokoria.

Sakura Walsh, Royal Officer for the Interior

The list’s publication comes at a time where the Royal Government of Hokoria has been vocal in regards to the genocide in Gaza. Both Hamas and the Israel Defence Forces are listed as proscribed organisations by the Department of the Interior.

Publishing our own list of procribed organisations is important as we clearly set out what is and isn’t tolerated within the State of Hokoria. As a Government, we have an undeniable duty to protect our nation and people from harm- this list allows us, under law, to take action to protect our people from terrorism and extremeism.

Willow Cizdeizd I, Chancellor

In addition to conducting its own internal investigations into terrorism offences, the Department of the Interior will cooperate with the UK’s Counter Terrorism police where there are suspicions that an individual may break UK terror law. The Chancellor is Prevent trained.
