The 22nd April 2024 was Earth Day, and the Hokorian delegation to the Global Oceanic Cooperation Organisation is pleased to share the news that the State of Hokoria participated in the GOCO’s ‘Micronations for Earth Day’ project and has become a signatory of the Earth Day Accords.
As a Government, we recognise the importance of climate action and setting reachable goals in environmental impact. We hope that our participation in the Global Oceanic Cooperation Organisation’s Earth Day Accords will allow us to be even more proactive and even more accountable in the elimination of our own impact.
