The Royal Office has concluded that a miscalculation of the election results took place where the ‘Hokorian Nationalist Party’ was proclaimed to have taken the province. After recalculation, the ‘Social Democratic Party’ should have taken the Baria seat. As there is no longer a Social Democratic Party, and due to the time since the electoral process in question, there is little that the Royal Office can do in terms of resolving the matter. However, we are committed to preventing a recurrence of the mistake and will be looking into ways to prevent future miscalculation and mitigating human error.
