Important update regarding the handling of your data

The Office of National Records’ files and data has been moved to a new system as of yesterday. All details that we have about our citizens and Hokorian Council members has been moved to this new system.

What does this mean for you?

  • This means that we’ve changed the way that we store your data. Rest assured that your data remains to be kept securely and that this new system will allow for us to keep everything even more secure.
  • This means that we can offer more services, including some new automated ones for government members and citizens.

Missing details

Some citizen’s details are still missing, including email addresses and certificates. Email addresses are used for verification so that we know who you are and what you can access. Your certificate is needed should you ever wish to request it, but can be remade if this is lost. The Central Government of Hokoria is committed to ensuring that everyone’s data is kept secure. Safety is always our top priority.
