A statement from the Head of State:

I have enacted the ORDER OF SUCCESSION AND THE STATE COUNCIL which allows accountability to take place even at the highest level of the State of Hokoria’s government.

Furthermore, a process has been created for appointing future Head of States, ensuring that Hokoria’s culture as a benevolent dictatorship is maintained.

I have no intention of leaving anytime soon, but when that time does come, Hokoria will be prepared.
