Policy of Conduct

Policy applies to the government, it’s operations and it’s members.

This policy of the State of Hokoria should be enforced by the Office of the Head of State and the Office of the Chancellor.

Any breach to this policy may result in the internal reprimand of the individual or individuals involved. It is the individuals who are subjected to this policy’s responsibility to follow and understand this policy.


Section 1
All officials with any position within the Central Government of Hokoria should act in an professional manner when representing the State of Hokoria in any capacity.
Section 2
All officials with any position within the Central Government of Hokoria should follow the Acts of Law and respect all Orders of the Head of State.
Section 3
All officials with any position within the Central Government of Hokoria should never mislead their superiors or other members of government.
Section 4
All officials with any position within the Central Government of Hokoria should provide their superiors with any work they request.
Section 5
All officials with any position within the Central Government of Hokoria should check-in with their superior every day that the government officially functions. Check-ins must be informative and professional.
This Section 5 of the Policy of Conduct does not apply where superiors have instructed otherwise.
Section 6
All officials with any position within the Central Government of Hokoria should report any misconduct to the Head of State.
Section 7
The Head of State of the State of Hokoria must investigate all reports of misconduct. Reporters of misconduct should never be revealed to anyone.
Section 8
All officials with any position within the Central Government of Hokoria should not take or make any actions without the approval of their superiors.
This Section 8 of the Policy of Conduct may be applied subjectively.
Section 9
All officials with any position within the Central Government of Hokoria should inform their superiors when they are unable to complete tasks they have been set.
Section 10
All officials with any position within the Central Government of Hokoria should inform their superiors when they wish to take temporary suspension (requested) from their position and duties.
Section 11
All officials with any position within the Central Government of Hokoria should ensure that all files, documents and resources relating to their or others’ work within the Central Government of Hokoria is kept secure.
Section 12
All officials with any position within the Central Government of Hokoria should inform their superiors when they believe that any files, documents and resources relating to their or others’ work within the Central Government of Hokoria has been compromised.
Section 13
The results of any misconduct investigation relating to the Policy of Conduct should be released publicly by the Head of State.
