May – July 2023 Plan

This is the Office of the Head of State’s plan for the Central Government of Hokoria in the months of May to July 2023. This plan is for the Head of State of the State of Hokoria and the Chancellor of the State of Hokoria to co-ordinate operations.

Launch a renewed campaign to encourage citizens to register their details
Continue with translations of releases and pages
Assist other branches where necessary

Other changes

  • Times members of government can work will be significantly reduced with breaks being imposed when a member is at risk to burnout.
  • Penalties will be introduced when a member of government repeatedly fails to check-in adequately.
  • Branch Officers will no longer report to the Head of State of the State of Hokoria at any capacity unless otherwise stated.

Transition

During the transition period (starting 1/May and ending 14/May), the Head of State of the State of Hokoria must complete the following tasks.

  • Release Government Clearance Forms for all positions of government.
  • Announce the release and deadline for applications.
  • Review the applications.
  • Create a Clearance Form document for records.
  • Monitor the State of Hokoria’s foreign channels for any activity.
  • Appoint individuals to their positions.
  • Get the government operation going.
