The Department of the Interior allows Citizens to update the details that we record in our systems. When your details are changed, they are updated across all Royal Government of Hokoria services. You may need to separately request that public bodies update your details in their own records.
How changing details works
Any Citizen can submit a request to change their details using the details change service. The service will ask for your current details and the details you’d like to be updated.
At the moment, only some details can be changed using the details change service. Any details that cannot be changed using the details change service can be changed by contacting the Department of the Interior.

- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Gender identity
Changing your Citizen Tracking ID
Your Citizen Tracking ID is an important ID that is unique to you- it gives you access to Government services and allows us to verify who you are.
If your Citizen Tracking ID needs changing for security reasons, you should contact the Department of the Interior.
