Enforcement and justice

The Royal Government of Hokoria has a duty to enforce laws and Royal Orders, whilst Territorial Governments have the duty to enforce Territorial Orders.

How enforcement works

The Hokorian Enforcement and Investigative Agency has been in the process of establishment since the 24th March 2024, when the Charter of the Hokorian Enforcement and Investigative Agency was enacted.

Whilst the process of establishment is still underway, the Royal Government of Hokoria may investigate and enforce laws, Royal Orders and Territorial Orders.

Their Majesty’s Royal Office handles matters relating to justice and appeals. It is in the process of establishing Their Majesty’s Royal Courts to take over this duty.
