Dual citizenship

The Royal Government of Hokoria does not officially recognise dual citizenship of Citizens of the State of Hokoria, though acknowledges that Hokorians commonly have dual citizenship.

Under law, nothing prevents Citizens from seeking out citizenship in other nations whilst having Hokorian citizenship.

How the Government treats dual citizenship

The Royal Government of Hokoria does not recognise dual citizenship and therefore will not consider Citizens with dual citizenship as foreigners. The Government will not restrict Citizens’ access to foreign diplomatic services.

Approach to dual citizenship

The Royal Government of Hokoria is open to agreements with foreign territories in recognising dual citizenship of Hokorians and the foreign territory.
