The Royal Government of Hokoria allows individuals and groups to form businesses and organisations in the State of Hokoria.

Businesses

Businesses are for-profit. In the State of Hokoria, they may be subject to taxation and acquisition by the Royal Government of Hokoria where ordered by the Monarch.

Organisations

Organisations are not-for-profit and sometimes voluntary. In the State of Hokoria. In the State of Hokoria, they may be subject to acquisition by the Royal Government of Hokoria where ordered by the Monarch.

Forming a business or organisation

Businesses and organisations may be registered with the Department of the Interior. It should be noted that registration in the State of Hokoria is not a substitute for registering a business or organisation elsewhere.

Businesses and organisations may update their registered details through contacting the Department of the Interior.

Work and voluntary licence

If a business or organisation wishes to hire or have volunteers, it must acquire a Work and Voluntary Licence from the Department of the Interior.
